Our online personal training groups are suitable for all fitness levels and as always exercises will be tailored to your current ability.

Our online small group personal training packages are paid for on a month by month basis, with a minimum of a one month contract.
You can also combine them with access to
our specialist fitness classes.

FAT LOSS, HEALTH AND WELLBEING
We offer online small group personal training. The groups are separated into 2 streams and consist of no more than eight people in a group. You can pick and choose across our weekly timetable the sessions that suit your availability.
For just £99/month you can have access to all timetabled Groups for your chosen Stream (Fat Loss, Health and Wellbeing or Endurance Athletes). For £120/month you can add on our classes too.

ENDURANCE ATHLETES STREAM 2
These online small group personal training sessions are focussed on strength training for running, cycling, and triathlons in particular. Strength training for these disciplines is important when it comes to hitting those all-important personal best times and reducing injury risk, especially if you are new to running or cycling.
IMPROVE YOUR STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
We help you improve such things as your running economy and efficiency, whilst making your body as robust as possible.
Our fitness sessions are suitable for all levels of endurance athletes, whether you’re just starting out, or if you’re a seasoned athlete looking to keep in your sport for years to come.
