BUILD YOUR OWN WORKOUT

Learn how to create your own workout that challenges your core, improves your mobility and flexibility, strength and endurance as well as providing you with a well-rounded full-body exercise session.
12:30pm to 14:30pm
In this 2 hour workshop we’ll explore some of the more common movement patterns (squats, lunges, press ups etc) and throw in some you may not have seen before!
All levels welcome, as we’ll show you how to adapt the workouts depending on your strength and fitness levels.
And guess what? All you need is your own body weight.
