Our specialist online movement classes are designed to support your training goals and fit nicely alongside the work we do with our Fat Loss, Health and Wellbeing or Endurance Athlete Small Group Personal Training sessions.
They also work as stand-alone fitness classes to help improve your movement ability, coordination, endurance and strength. Our Primal Flow and Primal Bootcamp are particularly suited if you want to lose weight as they focus on full body exercises. All our online fitness classes are adapted to all levels.

In this online class, we look at mobility, strength, coordination, range and symmetry and work with you and where you’re at.
We explore a range of bodyweight exercises, and because we both take part too, we can spend more time working on specific moves that you might want to achieve.
We’ll have some fun as we develop and progress our movement ability together. We draw on aspects of calisthenics, Primal Flow and Animal Flow to build strength, coordination, mobility and flexibility.
