WHAT WE OFFER AT THE MOVEMENT HUB
We offer a holistic approach for all our Services, whether that be small group personal training, one to one personal training, couples/buddy personal training, exercise classes, sports therapy or biomechanics coaching. We provide a mix of exercise and rehabilitation knowledge and skills, whilst educating you to reach your goals and beyond.

We love nothing more than to see our Hub Heroes (that’s what we call our members!) achieve. We’ve built a fitness training and rehab space, where our growing community can excel and feel comfortable whether that be online or face to face. There are no egos here at The Movement Hub; it’s all about you and what you need to help you move forwards. Whether you’re new to exercise or you have been training for years, we can help you take the next steps.
ARE ALL INDIVIDUALISED
We recognise that everyone is unique, and this means, as part of our ‘Hub Community’, we will tailor our approach and consider your level of ability to get you to where you need to be, whether we work with you 1:1 or in a group environment.
We make sure that all our Services are educational, helping you to gain long-term, lasting results and to take ownership of your continuing progress whether you’re an endurance athlete, looking to lose weight, improve your physical and mental wellbeing or following a rehabilitation programme.
Working with us online means you can train in the comfort of your own home and still feel like you belong to a community of like-minded people who are also there to support you.
If gyms were never your thing then you can take advantage of our remote support. No equipment at home, no problem.

Here at The Movement Hub we offer a result driven personal training and rehab experience. Results can range from the physical to the unseen changes; not all results are visible to others.
As movement enthusiasts and educators in the Health and Fitness Industry, we believe that movement is important for physical and mental health and we incorporate this across all that we do and the services that we provide.

Our small groups are separated into 2 streams. You can pick and choose across our weekly timetable, the online sessions that suit your availability.
As part of our online small group personal training packages you'll have all the help and tools you need to accomplish your desired health and fitness results.

TRY OUR SPECIALIST MOVEMENT CLASSES
Do you want to improve your movement ability? At The Movement Hub, we love to explore movement to see what your body is capable of. We look at mobility, strength, coordination, range and symmetry and work with you and where you’re at. Our online classes are a great way to keep you moving at home and support your current training or exercise goals.
Our specialist online fitness classes are designed to support your goals and fit nicely alongside the work we do with our Fat Loss, Health and Wellbeing or Endurance Athlete Groups.
They also work as stand-alone classes to help improve your movement ability, coordination, endurance and strength. Keep moving wherever you are.
REHABILITATION LEAD ONLINE THERAPY
Working with active people, Leeds based Sports Therapist, Chris Kitson, understands what your body needs to be able to deal with. We'll help keep you pain free, and performing whatever activities you need to. Whether you have back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, ankle pain, foot pain there’s more to rehabilitation than stretches and thera-band exercises and we provide an up to date evidence-based approach to get you back to where you need to be.
TO MOVE FORWARDS
Our online therapy and rehab sessions are about helping you as an individual.
This might include setting personal goals, to help you move forwards with your injury.
Our online sessions will generally consist of a consultation process, movement screens and then setting appropriate strength training and movement coaching to help with your rehabilitation.
We want you to keep moving and doing the things you love.
ONLINE BIOMECHANICS COACHING
IMPROVING YOUR MOVEMENT EFFICIENCY
Whether you’re looking for a Personal Best in your sport, such as running, or whether you’d simply like to move more efficiently, our Movement Coaching sessions will help you gain the edge that you need to improve your overall function.
We review your movement by assessing your intrinsic biomechanics, using tools such as video and technique analysis.
We show you how to gain the best out of your body by prescribing simple exercises for you to work on, whether you’re looking to improve your running, how you move on a day to day basis or reduce the risk of injury.
Both Kim Tomlin and Chris Kitson are qualified as a Biomechanics Coach.
