WHAT MAKES OUR PRIVATE STUDIO IN TINGLEY (LEEDS) DIFFERENT?
As well as being a Private Personal Training and Rehabilitation Studio based in Tingley, Leeds, offering small group personal training, one to one personal training, couples/buddy personal training, exercise classes, osteopathy, sports massage and biomechanics coaching, we include so much more to help you reach your training and rehabilitation goals.

We love nothing more than to see our Hub Heroes (that’s what we call our members!) achieve. We’re building a fitness training and rehab space, here in Leeds, West Yorkshire, where our growing community can excel and feel comfortable.
There are no egos here at The Movement Hub; it’s all about you and what you need to help you move forwards. And our private gym environment allows you to do just that. Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned gym-goer, our personal training studio is for you.

We recognise that everyone is individual, and this means, as part of our ‘Hub Community’, you’ll be treated like one.
Our services are all individualised, all designed to consider your level of ability, to get you to where you need to be, whether we work with you 1:1 or in a group environment.

TRY OUR SPECIALIST MOVEMENT CLASSES
Do you want to improve your movement ability? Here in our private gym at The Movement Hub, Leeds, we love to explore movement to see what your body is capable of. We look at mobility, strength, coordination, range and symmetry and work with you and where you’re at.
LEEDS BASED INDOOR
Our specialist Leeds based fitness classes are designed to support your goals and fit nicely alongside the work we do with our Fat Loss, Health and Wellbeing or Endurance Athlete Groups.
They also work as stand-alone classes to help improve your movement ability, coordination, endurance and strength.
REHABILITATION LEAD THERAPY
Working with active people, Leeds based Osteopath, Chris Kitson, understands what your body needs to be able to deal with in order to keep you pain free, and performing whatever activities you need to. Whether you have back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, ankle pain, foot pain there’s more to rehabilitation than stretches and thera-band exercises and we provide an up to date evidence-based approach to get you back to where you need to be.
TO MOVE FORWARDS
Our therapy and rehab sessions are about helping you as an individual.
This might include setting personal goals, to help you move forwards with your injury.
Sessions generally consist of a mixture of hands-on and hands-off treatment including appropriate strength training and movement
coaching to help with your rehabilitation. We offer:
IMPROVING YOUR MOVEMENT EFFICIENCY
Whether you’re looking for a Personal Best in your sport, such as running, or whether you’d simply like to move more efficiently, our Movement Coaching sessions will help you gain the edge that you need to improve your overall function.
We review your movement by assessing your intrinsic biomechanics, using tools such as video and technique analysis.
We show you how to gain the best out of your body by prescribing simple exercises for you to work on, whether you’re looking to improve your running, how you move on a day to day basis or reduce the risk of injury.
Both Kim Tomlin and Chris Kitson are qualified as a Biomechanics Coach.
